The information on this website, including blog articles and service descriptions, is general educational information only. It is not a substitute for an inspection of a specific property and is not legal, engineering, environmental, insurance, or repair advice.

Inspection services are governed by the written inspection agreement provided before or at the time of the inspection. If anything on this website differs from your inspection agreement, the agreement applies. Nothing on this website promises more than the inspection agreement provides.

A property inspection is visual and non-invasive and is limited to visible and safely accessible conditions at the time of the inspection. An inspection is not a warranty, a guarantee, or a code compliance certification.

Residential inspection pricing starts at $350. Final pricing depends on property type, size, age, location, inspection scope, accessibility, and any additional services selected, and is confirmed with the appointment details. Commercial and specialized inspections may require a custom quote.

Online booking is provided through the Inspection Support scheduler. Appointment details, confirmations, agreements, and invoices are handled through that process.

Inspection reports are prepared for the client named in the inspection agreement and for the property inspected, as of the date of the inspection. Reports should not be relied on by anyone else or for any other property or date.

This website links to external services and resources, including the online scheduler, the sample report platform, social media, and public resources referenced in articles. Those sites are not operated by 360 Inspection and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
