We inspect carefully.
Every property is different. We consider its age, visible condition, construction, previous alterations, and signs of deterioration.

Meet AJ

AJ Ratnasingam is the founder and lead inspector behind 360 Inspection.
For AJ, a good inspection is not about producing the longest possible list of problems. It is about helping the client understand the property as a whole.
Some findings may need immediate attention. Others may call for further evaluation, routine maintenance, or monitoring over time. AJ takes the time to explain the difference so clients can make decisions based on facts rather than fear.
As an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector with 9 years of inspection experience, AJ follows recognized standards of practice and remains committed to continued education and an honest, client-focused inspection experience.

Watch on YouTubeBuying a house is a major milestone. For many families, it represents their life savings, their dream, and their future.
But sometimes, a house can look perfect from the outside while still having hidden problems inside.
I'm AJ Ratnasingam from 360 Inspection. My job is to help you understand the true condition of a property before you buy it.
We inspect residential homes, commercial buildings, and investment properties. We use tools such as thermal imaging cameras to detect hidden moisture, drones to examine hard-to-reach roofs, and professional testing for mould and radon.
After the inspection, you'll receive a clear and detailed report with photos, videos, and information about the issues we discover.
This can help you negotiate more effectively, walk away if necessary, or move forward with peace of mind.
Before you buy, know what you're buying.

Credentials and trust

Our approach
Every inspection runs on the same principles, whether it is a condo, a century home, or a commercial building.
01
Every property is different. We consider its age, visible condition, construction, previous alterations, and signs of deterioration.
02
Technical language is useful only when people understand it. We turn inspection findings into practical information you can use.
03
We do not benefit from whether a property is bought, sold, leased, or repaired. Our responsibility is to report the visible conditions observed during the inspection.
04
We follow a visual and non-invasive inspection process and leave the property as we found it.
05
Clients are encouraged to attend, observe, and ask for clarification throughout the inspection.
