What this policy covers
This policy explains how 360 Inspection handles the personal information you share with us through this website, by phone, by email, or when booking and receiving an inspection. Information on this website is general in nature and does not replace an inspection of a specific property.
Information we collect
When you contact us or book an inspection, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, the property address, details about the property and the services you request, and any information you choose to include in a message. If an agent books on your behalf, we may also receive the agent’s and brokerage’s contact details.
During an inspection we collect photographs, video, and notes about the visible condition of the property, which form part of your inspection report.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, schedule and confirm appointments, perform the inspection, prepare and deliver your report, send confirmations, agreements, and invoices, and answer questions after the inspection. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
Scheduling is handled through the Inspection Support online scheduler, website forms are delivered through Formspree, and reports are delivered through our report platform. These providers process your information to provide those services, under their own privacy policies.
Website analytics
This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use it, such as which pages are viewed and which buttons are used, so we can improve it. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device, and browser. It does not give us your name or contact details, and it does not store IP addresses. Google’s advertising and personalization features are turned off for this website.
You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
Retention and protection
We keep inspection records, reports, and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary for business, legal, and insurance purposes, and take reasonable steps to protect them from unauthorized access.
Your choices and contact
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. For any privacy question or request, contact 360 Inspection at info@360inspection.ca or 647-800-8742, or write to Unit 6, 9889 Markham Road, Markham, Ontario L6E 2C7.
