Help us see everything
Access
If possible, make sure the inspector can safely access the electrical panel, heating and cooling equipment, water heater, attic entry, basement, crawl space, and other areas included in the inspection. Locked, obstructed, or unsafe areas may limit what can be inspected.
Need help booking
If the service you need is not listed, the property is outside the usual service area, or you need a commercial inspection with a customized scope, contact 360 Inspection directly.

Call or text 647-800-8742. Appointments that do not appear in the online calendar can sometimes still be arranged directly.

Your preferred date and time, the property address, your contact information, basic property details, the services required, and agent or buyer and seller details if applicable.
What happens after I book?
Your appointment and property details are recorded through the secure Inspection Support scheduling system, and you receive the applicable confirmation and inspection information. After the inspection, you receive access to your interactive digital report.

How should I prepare the property?
Clear a safe path to the areas being inspected, such as the electrical panel, furnace, water heater, attic hatch, and any crawl space. Anything locked or blocked on the day simply cannot be included.
Can I attend the inspection?
Yes, and you are encouraged to. You can see important findings firsthand and ask questions during the appointment.
